Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients or other external partners.

2) Manage information flow in a timely & accurate manner.

3) Maintain & implement an information system developed by the MDO.

4) Manage MD's calendar and set up meetings.

5) Take minutes during a meeting.

6) Make travel & accommodations arrangements.

7) Responsible for the working of the MDO.

8) Answer phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.

9) Provide general administration support.
