Proven Personal Assistant experience or at a minimum General Manager
Excellent Verbal, written communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails and preparing communications on the President's behalf
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Advanced skills in microsoft powerpoint, excel , word , google calendar and internet searching
Ability to work independently
Highly organized, presentable and detail oriented
Proven ability to arrange appointments, travel and meetings effectively within strict time deadlines
Ability to remain proactive and flexible at all times
Managing the President's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Organizing meetings, including sending reminders
Discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information
Holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration or a relevant university degree
