Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
Handle office and outdoor work
Planning/organizing/structuring various task.
Coordination with suppliers or vendors relating to purchase.
Organize, operate and maintain filing system & Data Management
Should be good in planning & scheduling meetings.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize assigned work
Coordinating with factory staff and travel to factory as per requirement
Drafting & vetting of various legal documents, License agreement etc.
Should be able to do multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.
Should be good in Excel, Email drafting
Well versed with personal assistant or secretary work.
Calendar Management.
Database Management.
Vendor Coordination.
Vendor Management.
Personal Assistant Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
