Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
• Handle office and outdoor work
• Planning/organizing/structuring various task.
• Coordination with suppliers or vendors relating to purchase.
• Organize, operate and maintain filing system & Data Management
• Should be good in planning & scheduling meetings.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize assigned work
• Coordinating with factory staff and travel to factory as per requirement
• Drafting & vetting of various legal documents, License agreement etc.
• Should be able to do multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.
• Should be good in Excel, Email drafting
• Well versed with personal assistant or secretary work.
• Calendar Management.
• Database Management.
• Vendor Coordination.
• Vendor Management.
Personal Assistant Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
• Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
• Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred
