Personal assistant (PA) responsibilities: FEMALE CANDIDATE PREFERRED
Administrative tasks: Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings, arrange travel, and book conference rooms
Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, screen requests, and correspond on behalf of the Director.
Event planning: Coordinate events and speaking engagements, arrange catering, and source speakers and furniture
Document preparation: Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing papers
Office management: Develop and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
Research: Carry out background research and present findings
Time management: Help with daily time management and ensure the Director is well prepared for meetings
Logistics: Manage the logistics of the office, including organizing deliveries of office supplies.
Assistance in meetings : Noting and briefing at conferences at office and client office.
