Managing correspondence: Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, and drafting correspondence

Scheduling meetings: Managing calendars and ensuring the CEO is in the right place at the right time

Preparing reports: Compiling information and completing complex reports

Analysis to assist the CEO in decision-making processes

Handling requests: Ensuring that all inquiries and requests are handled appropriately

Other tasks: Running errands, coordinating events and speaking engagements, and helping with daily time management
