We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong communication skills, and exhibit a high level of discretion. Responsibilities include managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless office operations. The Personal Assistant should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate the Director's needs. This role requires confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

Conduct research and compile information for various projects.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

Assist in organizing and executing events or special projects.

Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
