We are a dynamic interior design company dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions for our clients. We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-time Remote Personal Assistant to support our CEO in various administrative tasks and help streamline our operations.

Job Description:

As a Part-time Remote Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CEO by managing tasks related to interior design suppliers, quotations, scheduling, and other errands. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential interior design suppliers and vendors.

• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers for various projects.

• Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management for the CEO.

• Assist in project management by tracking timelines and deliverables.

• Handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining contact lists and organizing files.

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting.

• Communicate with suppliers and clients on behalf of the CEO as needed.

• Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an interior design firm.

• Familiarity with interior design concepts and terminology.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

• Familiar with Canva and Photoshop.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Preferably a lady, who understands the nuances of the local culture and market.
