The position reports to the CFO as Secretary. The role will entail interacting with the customers, suppliers, bankers, and other service providers who interact with the CFO. The position will have to handle the calendar of the CFO, external to the company, and within the company meetings.

To work on finalizing the calendar and ensure its diligent handling so as to accomplish all the plans.

CFO personal matters like Filing of returns, Travel and Leave handling, Insurance, Interface with other departments, and Handling correspondence where required.

This position has hitherto handled applications to many awards like EEPC, Western India, and National awards.

Person proficient in IT is most essential requiring in-depth knowledge of the modern IT systems that we are using.

Should be able to work on social media and all the website interfaces.

Lend support to other departments like Sales, HR, and Operations wherever necessary on secretarial and administrative matters.
