Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Scheduling and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
Maintain expense reports filing of document
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients; timely follow up on action items
Handle calls and mail, while prioritizing and responding to them promptly and professionally.
Attends events and ensures documentation of outreach efforts towards business development
Networks with local organizations (., event companies, offices, catering companies, and peers)
Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
Collaborate with clients, partners, and vendors, to coordinate meetings, site visits, and other business-related activities.
Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to relevant documents and information.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Able to use smartphones, computers, tools such as google drive, gmail, MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of written and spoken English and Hindi
Must have a mode of transportation (bike, scooter etc.) due to need for local travelling within Gurugram to sites. So, male candidates are preferred
