Position Title: Personal Secretary

Position Summary:
The personal secretary will provide administrative support to Manager, handling tasks ranging from managing schedules and appointments to handling correspondence and organizing meetings.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for Manager. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of time.
Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming emails, letters, and other forms of communication. Draft responses, prioritize correspondence, and maintain organized records.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure travel plans align with the employer's schedule and preferences.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating attendees, and arranging logistics. Take minutes and follow up on action items as necessary.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the employer. Ensure accuracy, formatting, and timely delivery of materials.
Office Management: Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Order supplies, manage equipment, and handle administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Uphold privacy and security protocols in accordance with company policies.
