Job Description: The Personal cum Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and sound business judgment. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, creating reports, organizing travel and accommodations, taking minutes, and performing other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Discretion and multitasking ability are crucial to enable executives to focus on strategic priorities.

Job Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Coordinate and manage calendar appointments, travel arrangements, and events. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, greet visitors, and determine meeting access for executives.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

Organizational Abilities: Strong time management, organizational, multitasking skills, and attention to detail. Ability to adapt and remain flexible.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, and other documents. Maintain accurate meeting minutes and assist in preparing for meetings.

Office Management: Handle basic bookkeeping, file and retrieve corporate records, and manage office supplies and records database. Open, sort, and distribute faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
