Position Title: Personal Assistant and Admin Officer/Salkia Location. Must have access to reliable commutes due to am to 7 am start (7. 5 working hours per day) Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays or Sundays (must be flexible as per operation requirements and rosters). Salary: Rs during the first 3 months of training and then Rs (subject to performance).

A: Act as a personal assistant to the Owner remotely
· Answer client emails as directed
· Be proactive and smart in handling client enquiries and optimising time management for the Principal Consultant
B) Act as fully operational admin support: Managing the visa lodgments for clients
Organising and managing files, paperwork, and data
Providing administrative support
Drafting, preparing and proofreading documents
Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering, and directing phone calls and greeting clients
Attention to detail and strong ability to follow instructions in full
Able to prioritise tasks with a fast-moving caseload
Must have excellent computer and word-processing skills
Must be able to work independently without supervision
Above all must be able to take multiple instructions and prioritise work as required.
