Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant and Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the senior management team, ensuring efficient and smooth operation of daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings

Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation

Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone calls

Maintain office files and records, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

Provide administrative support for HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Perform general office duties, such as ordering office supplies and managing inventory

Support the organization and coordination of events and conferences

Handle personal errands and tasks for the executives, as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field

Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative assistant

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours, as needed
