Job Description:-
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage their workload.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf.
Manage confidential documents and information.
Draft correspondence, emails, and reports.
Organize travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Oversee expense reports and ensure timely processing.
Manage the CEO's office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining a professional environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Understanding of the Club industry a plus.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is desirable.
