Job Description

Designation: Performance Testing Engineer

Salary: 4,50,000 – 20,00,000 (As per the experience)

Experience: 1-7 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Work From Home (Anywhere in India) or Pune (On-Site)

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Aware of basic concept of performance testing ., NFRs, Workload modelling, Scenarios, 

• Should be able to write programs in Java or Python.

• Have knowledge of all the test phases of performance testing - requirement gathering, scripting, execution, reporting etc

• Hand on expertise on test scripting /execution and reporting for at least below tools sets (in priority order)

o Jmeter

o Load Runner

• Aware of basics protocol scripting . Web-Http/Web Services/Java /MQ

• Working knowledge of basics technologies and server from performance monitoring purpose 

o Operating system counter (windows/Unix)

o Java server

o DB - Oracle /MySQL etc

• Basic knowledge on Performance engineering concepts with any of the tools or similar tool set

o Appdynamics/Visual/IBMThread & HeapAnalyzer/Dynatrace/Oracle AWR

• Basic awareness of new trends and technologies like Cloud/Bigdata/Mobile testing would be added

• Candidates good in Java programming who would like to shift to Performance testing may apply too
