we are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven performance marketing specialist to join our dynamic team. this role is instrumental in driving customer acquisition and growth through the execution of high-performing digital marketing campaigns. you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, with a primary focus on meta and google platforms.

responsibilities:

develop and execute effective performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including meta and google ads, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

manage and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns for a real estate with a high number of skus, ensuring maximum roi and meeting performance targets.

conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

develop and implement a/b testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and increase conversion rates.

collaborate with cross-functional teams (., product, design, sales) to ensure campaign alignment and success.

stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

qualifications:

bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (., google analytics, facebook insights).

experience managing large-scale advertising campaigns on meta and google platforms.

experience with a real estate is preferred.
