• Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend across multiple channels.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, PPC, and paid social advertising.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure campaign success.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion into additional marketing channels.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital businesses.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page optimization.
• Proficiency in keyword research, bid management, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Strong communication.
• Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and marketing automation is a plus.
