Key Responsibilities: As a Digital Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing large-scale, complex paid media campaigns across all digital advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, database marketing, email, WhatsApp, and more.
Ensuring pacing according to defined budgets, tracking, implementing, forecasting, optimizing, and reporting on ongoing paid campaigns across all platforms.
Developing and executing data-driven lead generation campaigns, leveraging platform-specific features and tools to maximize lead volume and quality. Working closely with the sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead integration and nurturing processes for optimal conversion rates.
Crafting and overseeing branding-focused campaigns that elevate brand awareness and recall. Ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all digital ad platforms and employing metrics such as brand lift, engagement, and reach to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Monitoring and refining campaign performance to ensure the highest ROI, continually striving for enhanced efficiency and lead quality.
Analyzing and presenting campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve lead generation and campaign efficiency.
Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Staying informed of the latest digital advertising trends and emerging technologies/tools to bring innovative strategies to our campaigns.
Collaborating with creative and content teams to ensure ads resonate with our target audience and adhere to our brand ementing A/B testing routines to identify the most effective ad creatives, formats, and strategies, ensuring our campaigns remain industry-leading.
