A Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and conversions. This role involves analyzing data to optimize campaigns, maximizing ROI, and achieving specific performance goals across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital acquisition activities across multiple platforms, including SEM, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Budget Optimization: Work within a budget to achieve maximum key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining optimal customer acquisition costs (CAC).

Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against established goals such as ROI and KPIs.

Collaboration: Manage communication with vendors and third-party trackers to meet acquisition objectives and collaborate with internal teams to guide creative tests and campaign strategies.

Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a strong quantitative background.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing roles within technology companies, e-commerce, or similar sectors.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic ad buying. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and data visualization tools is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Creative Thinking: Ability to devise engaging digital campaigns and identify target audiences effectively.
