Responsibilities of these positions include, but not limited to:

· Lead complex software development initiatives, with responsibility and by:

· identifying key architectural considerations, dependencies and risks

· Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to gain consensus on approach

· Creating designs which meet system requirements and anticipate future needs

· Writing high quality code and delivering reusable libraries and services

· Driving adoption of best practices and guiding release planning efforts

· isolating and correcting defect patterns and delivering working software to production

Experience and Qualifications required:

· PEGA certification as an LSA is mandatory (CLSA) (Should have completed certification at least a year ago).

· 15+ years over all hands-on software development experience

· Must have extensive proficiency in designing and monitoring best practices, debugging and tuning and be well-versed with using the PEGA platform to develop PEGA applications

· Must have 10+ years of experience in developing applications with PEGA

· Strong client facing experience

· Must have a thorough understanding with practical application of Integrations using REST, SOAP, and Micro services

· Must have demonstrated proficiency with relational database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, or Postgres)

· Must have good communication skills

· Must be willing and able to operate independently

· Must have experience conducting code inspections and reviews

· Must have recent working experience with Agile methodologies

· Should have participated in a platform migration effort

· Should have experience or exposure to continuous integration methods and practices
