Responsible for PCB design

Qualification: ////Diploma (Electronics, Electrical, ENTC, Instrumentation), BSC/MSC. (Electronics)

Exp Required: 1-2 Year

Skills: Creativity, Team work, Communication skill -

Competencies:

• Develop multilayer PCB layouts, perform component placements and determine wire routings.

• Verify existing designs and recommend improvements.

• Prepare design documentations, requirements specifications and PCB models.

• Determine layer Stackup, perform component Selection and routing

• Performing to schedules and ensuring timelines are met

Knowledge of PCB Design Standard IPC2221A, IPC2152, UL

• Hands-on /Knowledge of tools which are used for design /drawing. (Like PROTEL, ORCAD, CADENCE etc).

• Error free Design layout

• Capable of understanding Data sheet and make foot print.

• Understand mechanical drawing. (Size of the PCB, Holes, slots, cuts, connector side on PCB etc.) which is given by customer / engineer.

Responsibilities-

1. Design PCB According to mechanical drawing of Enclosure provided – with correct measurement of Holes, slots, cuts, connector side & size of the PCB

2. Make documents for project. a) Schematic b) Artwork c) Film d) Drill details e) Ident f) Gerber g) bill of material
