PBX Operator –

1. Attend calls and give proper correct information.

2. Provide proper information to customers.

3. Provide connections to mobile phones.

4. Answers queries from callers about the Hospitals or patients areas.

5. Connect calls to the required extension, re- direct them to another number or place them in a waiting queue if the desired number is busy.

6. Deal with problem situations in a professional manner and adequate communication.

7. Ability to express courtesy, tact and discretion
