Payroll Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential customers.

2. Develop professional relationships and business networks.

3. Explain specific details about how payroll services would benefit the client.

4. Seek out and network with new prospects.

5. Give sales presentations.

6. Design proposals and quotes for payroll services.

7. We also prefer candidates with a background in business-to-business (B2B) sales with a successful track record.

Skills and Competencies :

1. Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing.

2. Negotiation skills.

3. Ability to assess and interpret the payroll needs of businesses.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and databases.

5. Strong sense of organization and time management.
