Position: Senior Lead- Payroll

Experience: Having 6-8- years of experience in international payroll/HR or both playing a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the payroll process

Job Location: Bangalore

Mode of work: Office or Remote (But candidate should be ready to relocate to Bangalore in case of any performance issues / whenever we have the team visit)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners - Immediate Hiring

Budget: Experience : Based on Current CTC - Range around 14 - 17 LPA Maximum**

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in international payroll processing.

• Should have worked USA payroll process.

• In dept knowledge on international payroll.

• Ability to lead and guide a team

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

• Flexible to work in the US shift.(6:30pm onwards)

• Experience on multiple payroll platforms like ADP WFN / Workday / Ceridian / Dayforce / UKG

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Lead a team and team player with the ability to work with strict timelines.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

• Have worked on Open enrolment(Part of Benefits)

• Have experience in Annual Tax filling (W-2 and P45)

• Have worked on garnishment

• Worked on the retirements plans – 401k

• Worked on complete Hire to retire process

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
