Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions, while strictly adhering to EPF, ESIC, labor laws, gratuity, and minimum wage regulations.
Compliance Expertise: Stay current with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization remains fully compliant with statutory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.
Manpower Outsourcing Experience: Utilize your extensive experience in the manpower outsourcing industry to efficiently manage payroll for our diverse workforce.
Grievance Redressal: Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll-related queries and grievances, promptly resolving issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Claim Settlement: Facilitate the smooth processing and settlement of claims for various employee benefit schemes, demonstrating a strong understanding of claim procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Mandatory experience in payroll management for manpower outsourcing companies.
Immediate Joining Required, candidates to ONLY apply when they can join on immediate basis.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, salary calculations, and compliance with EPF, ESIC, labor laws, gratuity, and minimum wage regulations.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
