Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
Maintain and update employee records ensuring complete accuracy.
Liaise with other departments (., HR, Finance) to ensure alignment of payroll processes and accurate reporting.
In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures.
Maintain registers and records as per Factory Act / Shop Act / Payment of wages / Equal remuneration/ Maternity / Bonus Act etc.
Making monthly dues payment for PF / ESIC / PT within time limit.
Follow-up with PF office for settlement of claim.
Prepare and send ESIC cards to employees, help employees in getting permanent card and benefits of ESIC.
Implementation of laws as per Government Notifications / Circulars.
Liaison with Government authorities regarding labour law matters. Handle Legal inspections conducted by government authorities
Prepare salary structures as per Government's minimum wages.
Submitting yearly, half yearly, quarterly and monthly return under PF / ESIC / Factory Act / Shop Act, etc.
Implementation of laws as per Government Notifications / Circulars.
Handle Legal inspections conducted by government authorities.
