Patient Counsellor/Administrative Work For Eye Hospital

- Advises patients based on the doctor's reports.

- Daily coordination with the consultant/center head based on surgery advice and conversion.

- Maintain a checklist following management instructions. (For example, Cataract, FFA, and others.)

- Clearly explain to them the cost of the treatments/investigations in question.

- Get reviews from patients and help with social media sharing.

- Maintain a daily counselor report (Advise, Conversion, and Patient wise details).

- Working with TPAs and Insurance Departments (Sending Pre-authorization, Getting Approval, and Billing).

- Before surgery, double-check all required paperwork connected to credit billing.

- Keeping track of all advised patients in the Counselor Summary.

- Making telephone calls and keeping track of the results.

- One day before the operation, prepare the surgical list and give it over to the concerned doctor and the center head.

- Maintain contact with patients at all times.

- Clearly explain to them the cost of the treatments/investigations in question.

- Responsibilities can be changed if necessary.
