Job Description

• Accompanying the patients to respective counters/wards.

• Respond to patient’s request for information and offer proper guidance.

• Facilitate the collection and return of medical records from the respective departments.

• Keep the consultants room clean and arrange before their visit.

• Check the respective patient’s medical records for any notes/cross consultation and also facilitate treatment and coordinate their next visit.

• Attend to instructions and procedures of the doctors assist them as and when required.

• Ensure prompt and safe movement of files and documents between the various departments.

• Assist in office work . Taking photocopies, scanning and uploading of relevant documents and referral letters.

• Being posted in various departments will assume respective departmental responsibilities under supervision.

• Coordinate and communicate between the departments whenever required.

• Attend to phone calls as and when needed.
