WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient consultations and engagement.
Patients follow up.
Good knowledge of orthodontic treatment (Braces and Aligners)
Identify the needs of Patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to Patient.
Create and update/maintain records of the conversations with the Patient in the CRM.
Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and Patient queries.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE (MUST-HAVES):
Graduate, preferably BDS
0-2 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be patient, positive, and professional.
Ability to set and meet goals.
