Position: Patent Engineer

Location: Kolkata

Compensation: 5-8LPA No bar for deserving candidate

Required Qualifications :

/M. Tech- Mechanical; Patent Agent is preferred

Experience: 2-4 years of experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

Lead projects involving Mechanical specific expertise

Lead the efforts for all projects and be a solution expert in the technology domain

Handle basic/advanced patent searching & analysis by careful review of disclosure, devising the search strategies/key strings and inputs provided in view of the novelty and inventiveness of the disclosure and discuss with peers

Use various patent/ non-patent/ market search database and other tools like MS Excel, word, PowerPoint, and Macros.

Perform Novelty, screening & patentability Searches, invalidity/ FTO/ Landscape/ Whitespace search & analysis independently with minimal guidance
