-Should know how to produce and finish French Entrement / glazing / velvet spray technique.

-Be able to create Chocolate Decorations and know how to Temper chocolate.

-Be able to understand orders and take responsibility and complete in one go.

-Required minimum of 2 year work experience in pastry section.
