Job Description

A Passenger Service Executive plays a crucial role in the airline and travel industry, serving as the primary point of contact for passengers. This position is focused on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all passenger needs are met throughout their travel experience.

Responsibilities

Passenger Check-in and Boarding Assistance

Greet passengers upon arrival at the airport.

Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with baggage check-in and retrieval.

Ensure compliance with airline regulations regarding ticketing and boarding processes.

Flight Information Management

Provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and gate changes.

Address passenger inquiries regarding their flights and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

Customer Service Excellence

Deliver outstanding customer service by being friendly, approachable, and attentive to passenger needs.

Assist passengers with special requirements, including those with disabilities or unaccompanied minors.

Coordination with Airport Staff

Liaise with other airport personnel to coordinate services for passengers.

Work collaboratively with ground operations teams to ensure smooth processing of passenger requests.

Safety and Compliance

Maintain a safe environment for both passengers and staff by adhering to all safety protocols.

Handle emergency procedures when necessary, ensuring passenger safety during evacuations or other incidents.

Lost and Found Management

Assist passengers in locating lost items such as luggage or personal belongings.

Manage lost and found queries effectively to provide timely assistance to affected passengers.

Cash Handling and Transactions

Process payments for excess baggage fees using point-of-sale systems.

Maintain accurate records of transactions related to passenger services.

Feedback Collection

Actively listen to passenger feedback to improve service quality.
