Responsibilities
Passenger Check-in and Boarding Assistance
Greet passengers upon arrival at the airport.
Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with baggage check-in and retrieval.

Flight Information Management
Provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and gate changes.

Customer Service Excellence

Assist passengers with special requirements, including those with disabilities or unaccompanied minors.

Lost and Found Management
Assist passengers in locating lost items such as luggage or personal belongings.

Cash Handling and Transactions
Process payments for excess baggage fees using point-of-sale systems.
