· Supervise the Parts Department Staff to Provide the Highest Level of Service to Counter, Wholesale and Service Department Customers
· Develop and Maintain Effective Parts Department Processes to Ensure Internal and External Customer Satisfaction
· Recruiting and Hiring Plans and Individual Development Plans.
o Develop and Maintain Competitive Compensation and Intensive Programs for all Parts Job Functions
o Recruiting, Hiring and Training of all Parts Employee
o Planning Educational and Training Programs Covering Company Policies and Procedures, as Well as Parts Sales and Inventory Control Methods
o Coordinate Professional and Management Development of the Key Department Employees Through Outside Training On Ongoing Basis
· Determine Parts Sales Methodologies and Job Follows the Maximize the Effectiveness and Efficiency and the Customer Satisfaction of the Parts Functions
· Develop and Monitor Performance Standards and Measurements
· Develop and Maintain all Parts Efficiency and Management Reports and Reporting Methods
· Conduct Regular Parts Meetings and Training Sessions to Communicate Company Objectives and Polices, to Develop Specialized Skills and to Encourage Employee Participation and Personal Growth
