Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partnership Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard restaurants partners onto the 1 Plate platform. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to earn based on performance. The more restaurants you onboard, the more you earn!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential restaurant partners to join the 1 Plate platform.

Present and explain the benefits of the 1 Plate app to restaurant owners and managers.

Negotiate and close deals to onboard new restaurants.

Maintain and develop relationships with restaurant partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

Achieve weekly targets of 25 restaurant conversions.

Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and customer feedback.

Use your own vehicle to visit and engage with restaurant partners within your area.
