Document Preparation:
Drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Preparing correspondence, reports, and other legal documents.
Proofreading and ensuring the accuracy of legal documents.
Case Management:
Organizing and maintaining case files, both physical and electronic.
Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely filing of documents.
Managing exhibits and other materials for trials and hearings.
Client Communication:
Communicating with clients to gather information and provide updates.
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Answering client inquiries and providing support.
Administrative Tasks:
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Answering phones and handling correspondence.
Performing general office duties such as filing and data entry.
Other Responsibilities:
Assisting lawyers during trials and hearings.
Preparing for depositions and other legal proceedings.
