Job Requirements:

Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paper Mill Operator or a related field.

Familiarity with paper manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve operational issues.

Ability to interpret technical documents, such as operating manuals and blueprints.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating and maintaining various paper mill equipment, including pulping machines, boilers, refiners, and dryers.

Capability to monitor and control paper production processes, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency.

Ability to conduct routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

Understanding of quality control procedures to ensure the production of consistent and defect-free paper products.

Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and production monitoring.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment that may involve standing, bending, and lifting heavy loads.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the production schedule.

Capacity to handle exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperature conditions.

Teamwork and Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Excellent communication skills to report operational issues and follow instructions accurately.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
