Job Description

Eligibility Criteria -

-Able to operate the machine.

-Able to do size chaveovers on the machine in target time frame including online handle units

-Able to do troubleshooting and machine maintenance independently

-Age minimum 20 years with aadhar card proof

-Age maximum 45 years

-Education 10th with minimum 2 year work experience

-12th / ITI / Diploma

-Preference Married

Job Description:

1) To do size changeover on a machine with twisted and flat handle unit independently.

2) Knowledge of each machine function and HMI settings.

3) To understand job card and facilitate the issue and return of all material from the store.

4) To ensure that daily and weekly production targets are achieved.

5) To control / minimize the wastage.

6) To implement and maintain 5S

7) To ensure the quality of the bags being produced are of right quality.

8) To ensure packing of finished goods and move to the FG store.

9) To maintain company discipline.

10) To do PM as per schedule and predictive machine maintenance.

-Training Required:

1) half day induction

2) fire training

3) safety training

4) 5S training
