Job Summary:
We seek skilled Paint Workers to join our team, responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking).
2. Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using various methods (spraying, brushing, rolling).
3. Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures.
4. Operate painting equipment (spray guns, pumps, compressors).
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
6. Follow safety protocols and regulations (OSHA, EPA).
7. Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
8. Inspect and touch-up painted surfaces.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in painting or coatings application.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Technical training in painting or a related field.
4. Valid certifications (., OSHA, EPA).
5. Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with industrial painting or coatings.
