Helioster System, a leading web solutions company, is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more. The Paid Advertising Specialist will work closely with our digital marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop effective strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies.

Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and stay within budget.

Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in paid advertising, preferably in an agency setting.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid advertising campaigns.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
