Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the seed packaging line.

Supervise packaging staff to ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards.

Monitor packaging materials, machine performance, and workflow efficiency.

Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seed handling, packaging, and labeling.

Conduct regular quality checks for seed weight, sealing, and labeling accuracy.

Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in seed/agriculture packaging or related fields.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of packaging machinery, regulatory standards, and best practices in seed packaging.

Additional Skills:

Good organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
