Responsibilities: Directly supervising hourly production.

Tracking absenteeism and time-keeping.

Ensuring the safest working environment possible for staff.

Appraising workers' performance.

Rewarding or disciplining employees.

Material to be packed as per requirement mentioned in Packing sheet

Filament tape to be used for transport material

BoPP tape to be used for Direct Material

Plastic/ Steel Strapping used for heavy bundles.

some loose bundles

Maintaining proper packing records and assigning work to labour on packing stands.

Surplus material to be sent in stock with record.

Packaging material to be used properly.

Provide proper training to crane operators, packing labours.

Packed material to be placed on dispatch stands properly and their location to be marked on the related documents.

Add and remove necessary tagging.

Periodically carrying out office work.

Addressing labour complaints and resolving any problems.

Actively working to eliminate hazards that may cause injury.

Carrying out accident investigations.

Making sure that documentation is in place for audits.

Duty Time: according to shift .

Over time is necessary when required.
