Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fish Packers in Bahrain. As a Fish Packer, your primary responsibility will be to properly package and prepare fish and seafood products for distribution and sale. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and are ready for shipment to customers.

Job Requirements:

Physical Stamina and Dexterity:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling and packaging fish.

Knowledge of Fish Handling:

Understanding of proper fish handling techniques to maintain product freshness and quality.

Knowledge of seafood species, their characteristics, and appropriate handling methods.

Awareness of food safety regulations and practices related to fish processing and packaging.

Packaging and Labeling:

Experience in packaging fish and seafood products in a sanitary and efficient manner.

Familiarity with different packaging materials and methods, including vacuum sealing, labeling, and portioning.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling and proper packaging to maintain product integrity.

Quality Control:

Ability to perform quality checks on fish products for freshness, appearance, and any signs of damage or spoilage.

Understanding of quality control standards and procedures to meet customer expectations.

Hygiene and Sanitation:

Adherence to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures for work surfaces, equipment, and utensils.

Teamwork and Communication:

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other fish packers and supervisors.

Good communication skills to follow instructions, report any issues, and maintain open communication within the team.
