Telesales executives sell products and services for their company over the phone. They also manage client accounts and maintain relationships, all through taking and making phone calls. Inbound Telesales takes place when a potential customer/client calls the company inquiring about their products/services. Inbound telesales are designed to cater to customer responses to company's promotional/advertising campaigns. Technical support executives also fall under this category if they do cross selling. Telesales executives must have a clear understanding of the product/service they are selling and should be able to negotiate well.
Job Responsibilities:
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Skills Require:
Excellent knowledge of English preferably with foreign accent.
Target oriented.
