Handling the enquiries by all online platforms such Just Dial, Shiksha, Facebook etc and convert these enquiries into applications and admissions.
Handling the Phone calls, answering queries of all the students, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries etc. to ensure conversions.
Following up with students on regular basis to enroll them for IELTS batch.
Updating the comments of the follow up done with students in the CRM/ Excel spreadsheet.
Subject to you having online data, proactively initiating and engaging sales by performing 50 connected calls to students per day and converting them into active clients of ours.
Following up with the counselled students regularly and assure whether they have received course options and all their queries being answered effectively, if not complying for the same.
Meeting the students to finalize the Institutions and make them apply.
Sharing respective students’ complete details with the designated Seniors in the desired formats.
To check application status & follow ups with the Branch Offices’ () / Business Partners’ (BP) Students for offer letters and follow-up with the students for payment of tuition fee deposits.
Visit to IELTS batch for interaction with students and understand their interest to guide them for selection of right country, right university/institute and right course.
Responding to emails from / / Students / Stakeholders promptly, timely and professionally.
