JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
• Manage all aspects of the bakery outlet store, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Train, motivate, and supervise store employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure the store is properly staffed at all times and create employee schedules.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, place orders for bakery products, and handle deliveries.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and adhere to health and safety regulations and food quality standards.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure products are fresh, properly displayed, and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to make informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail management or bakery management is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficient in using computer software and point-of-sale systems.
