Outbound Voice Process

We are looking for Superheroes who are driven to succeed individually and can close ticket size from $1k to $10k!

*Must have good experience in USA Inbound & Outbound Sales/Upsell in High-Ticket Sales*

Closers with background in selling high tickets in E-commerce, Dropshipping, Amazon, Shopify, etc are preferred!

The Objective: Have to educate & upsell E-commerce Business Setup services to customers who have given appointments. Interface with customers via Inbound or Outbound calls for the purpose of passively selling business packages and services to the customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Reach out to real-time leads and educate & upsell them our services.

- Handle both inbound/outbound.

- Drive new customers and revenue for the company by closing the sale over the phone.

- Meet and exceed sales quotas consistent.

- Greet clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.

- Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine business needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.

The Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills and a FEARLESS phone presence is strongly desired

- The ability to overcome objections and maintain an unrelenting desire to succeed

- Prior success in achieving a monthly/quarterly sales goals

- Possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve top results.

Desired Candidate Profile:

-Undergraduate/Graduate

- Candidates MUST have excellent English communication skills.

- Candidate should be passionate and energetic and ready to learn and accept challenges.

- Should be a team player.

- Candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts.

- Must have 5+ Years Experience in Outbound or Inbound International Sales Mandatory.

Shift Timings: US Shift

No Cabs facility (This being a start up)
