We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Telesales Executive (US/Canada Process) to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation by searching leads.
2. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our about Digital Marketing services by making 100 or more calls per shift.
3. Answer questions about our services that include SEO, SMO and other Digital Marketing services.
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
5. Direct prospects to the marketing/development team when needed
6. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
7. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Minimum Requirements
1. Proven experience as an Outbound Telesales representative / consultant of AT LEAST 1 year of experience.
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
3. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
4. FLUENT ENGLISH is a must!
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
8. Any Graduate
Preferred Requirements
1. Outbound Telesales for SEO or SMO or other Digital Marketing services is highly preferred.
2. If worked for US / CANADA / UK process previously is highly preferred.
