research, social media platforms etc.

(ii) Customer Engagement: Demonstrated ability to articulate emails, communications which

are personalised/ customised to each customer – to show our professionalism and also for

best responses.

2)Qualification of leads : Through Learning( learn and understand about the customer and

their requirements) & Education (educate the potential customer on the products and how it

would help the client in their business)processes.
