Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote energy, telecom, and power products and services.

 Follow communication scripts to handle various topics effectively.

 Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

 Meet personal and team targets for call volume and sales performance.

 Upsell products and services when appropriate.

 Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

 Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Knowledge of the energy, telecom, and power industries.
