Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote energy, telecom, and power products and services.
Follow communication scripts to handle various topics effectively.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet personal and team targets for call volume and sales performance.
Upsell products and services when appropriate.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the energy, telecom, and power industries.
