Job Responsibilities:

Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email.

Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or services.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

Handle customer needs and requirements.

Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Under Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience of an international call centre with excellent communication skills

Salary: Rs to Rs per month

Shift Timings: 9pm to 6am & Sat Sun fixed offs
